About BELMONT
Belmont is a large home situated in the heart of Victor Harbor. It has 11 separate bedrooms (9 rooms having queen beds and 2 rooms having bunk beds), 2 bathrooms and a 3rd toilet. Belmont has a very large lounge room, ideal for families, friends and colleagues to all get together under the one roof. It has an old style kitchen that is basic but functional, with 2 indoor dining areas and a large alfresco outdoor eating area.
THE SPACE
With 11 bedrooms, Belmont provides a fantastic opportunity for lots of people to get together but still gives ample opportunity for guests to retreat to their own space. It currently sleeps up to 22 people. Once you are here, everything you need is within walking distance.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Sustainability is extremely important to the owner. You will notice the property has a solar system to be less reliant on energy derived from the burning of fossil fuels. Your wise use of energy and water will be appreciated. Please use recycling bins provided.
RULES, DAMAGES AND INCIDENTALS
No pets are allowed on the property.
Belmont is a strictly no smoking property.
You will be responsible for the damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your group during your stay.
Moving the pool table is not permitted as it has been professionally levelled in its current position. A repositioning/re-levelling charge of $500 will be incurred if moved.
Specific carpet cleaning fees may occur if the carpet/rugs require steam cleaning. As a guide this contracted work costs approximately $125/room.
Check in after: 2.30pm (unless an alternate time is negotiated)
Check out before: 10:30am (unless an alternate time is negotiated)
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
To secure a booking through this site, payment in full is required (including the cost of the stay, bond amount and cleaning fee) within a week of the dates being blocked out to other potential guests. Payment flexibility is granted here to those who are repeat guests to Belmont.
Bookings are fully refundable up to 5 days out from the stay date, after which the bond will be retained. COVID19 related cancellations will be refunded in full right up to the stay date.
Booking refunds will be provided within 5 working days (but hopefully sooner than this).
